Ashley grew up in the Richmond area and swam for VACS and Poseidon. Although Randolph-Macon did not have a swim team during her four years there, she still kept up with the sport by coaching various summer league teams in and around the Richmond area. A teacher by trade, she recently left the classroom to pursue a master’s degree in Sports Leadership from Northeastern University. Her passion for event management and swim meet directing encouraged her to pursue a new career path in the sports management arena. Currently, Ashley coaches the Varsity Swim Team at Trinity Episcopal School, where she was named the 2015 Men’s VISAA Coach of the Year. Her favorite coaching moments were leading the Trinity Men’s Swim & Dive Team to back-to-back state titles in 2015 and 2016. Ashley continues to enjoy helping athletes achieve their goals in and out of the pool.
